Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Times & Costs

We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

 

Standard Delivery:

Standard Delivery orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on your selected shipping method, and your delivery address. Delivery times for Standard Delivery are estimated between 3 – 5 business days, excluding holidays. Standard Delivery is free for orders over $200. For orders under $200, a shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

 

Express Delivery:

Express Delivery orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on your selected shipping method, and your delivery address. Delivery times for Express Delivery are estimated between 1 – 3 business days, excluding holidays. Express Delivery is available for an additional fee.

 

2. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number included.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

4. International delivery

We currently do not offer international delivery.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Customer Care

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered to the listed address.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging.
  • Bags and other add-ons must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags.

 

Please be careful when trying on your attire and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To create an ideal shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your account if your return behavior is in breach of our Policy.
